EasyIN-EasyOUT: each component is designed for maximum drying speed and water repellency is obtained with 100% PFC Free materials and treatments, compatible with the environment. The upper is in Ariaprene®, a toxic free certified material and composed of 4 layers that allow water to escape quickly, also thanks to the two drain valves placed on the arch. Amazing shoes for hiking and wading. I used them as wet wading boots fly fishing the swiss alps. I highly recommend these shoes. Simms, Orvis and Patagonia have nothing on these shoes.

Excellent shoes! I wasn’t sure at first but I now love these shoes! It felt strange with the low back and no foot bed but when it’s warm I put in a footbed with 3mm socks, when cold no footbed and 5mm socks and I can spend all day in these. I now have well over a hundred days in canyon with these shoes and they have held up significantly better than the hydrolaces I had previously, which I wore through the lace grommets, lace strap, and tongue in 2 months of hard canyoning. But the TX has held up very well, there are now a few stitches loose on the sides near the pinky where the toes bend, but lace grommets, tongue, lace Velcro, and sole have held up very well. I love the low cut back makes pointing toes feel really good when down climbing and allows you to be in a more natural position for those slants and tricky walking, while having the high stiff sides provides ample protection and support. Paired with great grip makes
these are an excellent canyon shoe and I will definitely be buying these again!
